Brand Refresh & Design Systems

I supported the rollout of a company-wide brand refresh, translating updated brand guidelines into practical assets and templates used across a franchise network of over 350 offices. Key contributions: - Built and maintained the brand guidelines platform (4 webpages) and a library of 3,000+ collateral templates used across all 350+ franchise offices, the central source of truth for brand compliance across the network - Designed template books for every sub-brand and produced 250+ mockups, enabling franchise offices to self-serve brand-compliant materials without central team involvement - Owned all corporate-facing presentation design, prospect decks, inductions, regional presentations; ensuring consistency at every internal and external touchpoint

Product & Platform UX/UI

I partnered with the Products and IT teams to improve the digital platforms used by 350+ franchise offices and corporate staff, acting as the design-side product owner across multiple concurrent platform initiatives. Key contributions: - Led UX/UI design for 3 white-labelled digital products deployed across the full franchise network — working directly with the Products team to define requirements, scope changes, and validate improvements with real users - Conducted end-to-end UX audits of the corporate website and R&Home intranet, identifying usability gaps and prioritising improvements in collaboration with IT and stakeholder teams. Drove the implementation of changes that improved navigation - Contributed to platform enhancement scoping for 5 major internal tools, bridging the gap between design, product, and IT - Led 10+ prototype cycles across multiple platforms, running iterative usability testing and synthesising feedback from stakeholders across Products, IT

Marketing Campaigns & Creative Leadership

In addition to product work, I led a team of 4 creatives, managing workload, providing design direction, and mentoring junior members while delivering marketing campaigns and content across digital and event channels.
