Hi, I’m Simran, a product manager based in Sydney.

I’m interested in solving problems through digital products and improving how people interact with them. My work focuses on understanding user behaviour, identifying friction points, and translating insights into clear, usable design solutions. I enjoy working through complex flows, simplifying systems, and refining experiences so they feel intuitive and purposeful.

I’m currently a Multimedia Specialist and Team Lead at Raine & Horne, where my work has expanded into product ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and digital platform strategy. My role involves collaborating with different teams and stakeholders and managing a team of 5 to deliver digital experiences that support broader business goals. Alongside design execution, I contribute to defining problems, exploring solutions, and iterating on ideas through prototyping and testing.

My background spans UX/UI design, digital design, and a bit of coding, which helps me think about products not just visually but as systems that need to function well across users, platforms, and constraints.
