UX/UI DESIGN AND TESTING
Focused on improving digital usability through structured UX thinking and iterative testing. We identified friction points, restructured user flows, and improved clarity across enterprise tools and digital platforms. 1. Advenda Pro — SaaS White-Labelling for Raine & Horne Raine & Horne used Advenda Pro as its primary marketing materials ordering platform for franchise offices. The product worked technically, but created friction at multiple points in the ordering flow. I led the white-labelling redesign: audited the existing user flow to identify drop-off points, defined the scope of UI changes, and delivered a brand-aligned interface that simplified the ordering process. The outcome was a more intuitive experience that matched the visual language franchise staff already associated with the brand, supporting broader adoption across the network. Adapted an existing SaaS product into a cohesive brand experience aligned with Raine & Horne’s visual identity. Refined user experience, interface elements and ensured better user flow across the ordering process. DigiKit/Realtair Redesign Tool: Digital Proposals and White Labelling - REA DigiKit was a white-label product of Realtair, REA, used by Raine & Horne agents to build and send digital property proposals. The original product, despite being a core part of the sales workflow, suffered from navigation inconsistencies and a dated interface that made it slower to use than it needed to be. I led the transition and white-labelling of Realtair to transition from our original product, addressing all pain-points alongside building a highly user-friendly platform. Workvivo, Internal Product Audit & Restructuring Client: Raine & Horne Workvivo served as Raine & Horne's primary internal communications and intranet platform. Low engagement and navigation complaints suggested the platform wasn't being used to its potential. I conducted a structured audit of the platform's information architecture and interface patterns, gathering feedback from staff across departments and identifying the most common points of confusion. I documented findings and recommended a set of structural and interface changes, prioritised by impact and implementation effort. WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Beyond internal tools, I designed and built web properties for external audiences, from franchise-facing brand resources to client-facing business websites. 4. GR Health Aids Website Designed a clean, credibility-driven website for a health-focused brand. Structured product categorisation, resource availability, clients etc. The design thinking was focused on building consumer trust. 5. Align & Accelerate – Business Plan Web Page Client: Raine & Horne The Align & Accelerate initiative was Raine & Horne's internal 5-year strategic business plan, developed for senior leadership and franchise principals. I was briefed to turn a dense strategy document into a web experience that could be used in presentations and shared digitally with key stakeholders. The design challenge was credibility under complexity, the content was detailed and strategic, and the audience was senior. I designed modular content sections that broke the plan into digestible themes without losing the weight and substance of the material. The result was a professional, navigable web experience used in internal presentations and distributed to franchise leadership across the network. 6. Brand Guidelines Client: Raine & Horne Following an extensive brand refresh, designed and built a comprehensive yet digestible brand guidelines webpage to communicate brand rules and link resources for franchise offices.

7. &Thrive (Real Care) – White Label Wellness App Designed the interface and branding for the Rise app to white-label and customise to match the brand voice and look. Conduct regular audits to support scalable uptake across different regions. Focus Areas: App UI design, White-label framework, App adoption 8. Comfort Journal University students experience significant daily stress but have limited access to tools that bridge self-reflection and professional support. We identified this gap through initial user research and designed Comfort Journal - an app enabling students to journal daily emotions and connect directly with university counsellors when needed. My role covered user research, flow design, and prototype development. The project explored how an app could reduce the barrier between a student recognising they need support and actually accessing it — a problem where friction in the product directly translates to harm in the real world.
